Do I have to be home to receive my order?
Not necessarily, but that is at the discretion of the mail carrier. If the carrier attempts delivery of your parcel and no one is home, then a card will be left with the directions to your nearest post office where you can pickup your parcel. Please note that you can choose to have your order shipped to an alternate address if you are concerned about missing the delivery.
Can I track my order online?
If you provide your email address when you place your order, the tracking number of your parcel will be emailed to you when it is shipped. Or, you may contact us at (905)-201-8113 for tracking information.
How soon will my order be processed and shipped?
Based on the availability of your item(s) it will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. If not in stock please allow approximately 2-4 weeks (from the date your order is placed) for delivery.

Can I specify where to leave my package when it arrives at its destination?
Delivery location (mailbox, front porch, outside garage, etc.) is determined solely by the mail carrier. We are sorry we cannot accommodate these types of requests.
What if I need to return or exchange a product?
All sales final. There are no returns on shapers due to hygienic reasons. However, if your shaper is defective in materials or workmanship, please call 1-800-361-0018 to request a return authorization number. Under these circumstances send the package securely wrapped and pre-paid by insured mail,(we do not accept C.O.D. mail or shipping charges) to:
